The Inver centre was completed in 1995 and is located on the via di Corticella in Bologna and consists of approx. 4400 sq.m of floor space. The taller central building contains the headquarters of the Inver offices and is six storeys in height whilst the lower structure which has a semicircular plan contains commercial units on two floors which are accessed via a double portico facing the new pedestrian plaza on the via di Corticella.
Parking is provided to the rear of the ground floor and on the underground floor.
The building is characterized by the use of stainless steel both in the structural elements of the portico and the central balcony to the six storey offices facing via di Corticella.
