HOTEL EUROGARDEN AT OZZANO - 1999

Completed in 1999, the building consists of a central  4 storey block and a 1 storey semicircular floor surrounding a lanscaped courtyard.

The central block terminates at each end in curved lift and staircase blocks.

On the ground floor are located the following functions:

the semicircular building contains 12 rooms accessed via a corridor facing the court;

In the main building are located the foyer, bar, toilets, offices, breakfast area and large dividible area for conferences, meetings, parties, exhibitions and other functions.

On the first, second and third floors are located a total of 60 rooms each with private bathrooms.

On the underground floor are located parking spaces, storage, staff changing rooms, technical areas such as central heating and hot water production, air conditioning plant and pumping area.

External areas include public and private parking and landscaped gardens.
