The building is part of a compartment composed of seven edifices arranged in a wave formation and destined to accomodate residences for various age groups. Two adjacent blocks built in 2001 contain small flats for student accomodation. Three other blocks contain family accomodation. In this centrally located area are two buildings one of which contains protected residences for the elderly.
Residence Diana contains 24 flats destined for self sufficient elderly couples. Each flat consists of a living area equiped with kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and loggia. The flats are disposed on four floors above ground with an underground floor for parking and technical services. The form of the building has an A shaped plan with the central area on the ground floor containing comunal areas and rooms for caring staff.
