RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN OZZANO - 2013

The complex consists of 9 buildings containing apartments plus a central comunal services building arranged around and amongst public and private green spaces. Each building is virtually identical in form but the distinction between each is obtained by diverse coloration of balconies and window details. In each block the apartments are arranged in an L shape in order to ensure all have visual perception of the nearby hills to the south.

Each building consists of 13 apartments arranged on 4 floors above ground. The ground floor flats have private gardens. Private parking is situated in an underground floor under each block.
